“The act of putting pen to paper encourages pause for thought, this in turn makes us think more deeply about life, which helps us regain our equilibrium.” ~ Norbet Platt
When life lets us down, we need something to turn to. As memories slip away and pictures fade to black, ink holds true in the face of all adversaries. Writing is the truest form of self-expression, and through that we can define ourselves as a generation as well as individuals.
The real world can be hard. Dazzling and disturbed. Flashy and reckless. Messy and jaded.
Life can be complicated, but words don’t have to be.
This is my blog: an online collection of my thoughts, aspirations and whimsical fancies for my own amusement. If someone reads this and gets something out of it, all the better. The greatest accomplishment a person can achieve is to inspire someone with their words. I hope some of you feel the same and can relate as we go through the kaleidoscope of life together.
The world may flash in color, but at night I dream in ink.
